I have enjoyed this sushi martini for years at the Pearl. When I found the recipe on the website, I prepared it for a dinner party. My guests could not believe how good it was. Even a friend who usually only eats sushi in rolls loved it. So much flavor and the textures are great. I found all of the ingredients at an asian market, including the flying fish roe! Thanks for sharing the recipe!!

Outstanding! I skipped the wasabi infused flying fish roe (where would I get that?, and used a common Thai chili sauce intead of Sri Racha. What a dramatic presentation and it is absolutely delicious!
