This is a real winner of a recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe stated. I loved it. My husband loved it and he normally doesn't like ground turkey! The seasoning really made this recipe delicious. I will definitely try more of Bobbie's recipes. In fact, I'm going to look for his cookbook:

Very good!! I have to admit I cheated a bit. I used a whole egg and regular bacon. The whole family loved it.

The only thing I changed was using shredded 2% cheddar instead of swiss, because I don't like swiss. Other than that, I think the recipe was fantastic. It didn't taste anything like a beef meatloaf, but was very good for the fact that I was able to hide all of those veggies in it. My 10 year old daughter hates both mushrooms and zucchini, and she ate it all and said it was really good. I would probably add a little more ketchup to the top next time, but only because I love ketchup. :

I am so pleased with this recipe. I have been trying lots of recipes to lighten up our meals. This one is delicious! My husband was very skeptical about using turkey instead of beef for a meatloaf. He actually said he liked it better! I made it with beef for company, and they gobbled it up. This will be a regular feature at our supper table.

I've never liked meatloaf. Even turkey meatloaf never appealed to me. Then I saw this recipe on TV. A meatloaf with just as much veggies as meat? I had to try it. It was amazing!! I finally understand why everyone loves meatloaf! I will definitely be making this again...and sharing the recipe with many, many others! Thanks, Bobby!!
