It's a great spin on a traditional burger, the prosciutto and melon make it unique and delicious! I didn't change a thing, it was perfect as is.

I was very skeptical about this recipe but the flavors work really well together.
I had to make a couple of changes... Grocery store didn't have smoked provolone so I used smoked gruyere. I also used whole wheat hamburger buns and left off the mayo. Finally, I didn't grill, just cooked on the stove. My family loved them. I will definitely make again and grill and add mayo next time. I'm sure they will be even more fabulous!!!

I had these burgers while we watched the Super Bowl and they are super burgers. They wouldn't be the same without the melon. I was surprised how much I liked them. I will definately make them more often. Thanks for the great recipe!

This burger tastes great, and makes up quick and easy. The melon adds a suprisingly delicious touch--try it and you'll like it. I would just recommend scooping some of the bread out of the ciabatta or using a more traditional burger bun to fix the bread-to-burger ratio.
