I love a quick solution to dinner. This is easy to put together and is great with left over smoked turkey. I add a red salsa inside and top the enchiladas with a can of Hatch green chile enchilada sauce! yum
How can a recipe on this site not even list one type of seasoning? What makes this recipe even remotely like enchiladas? The tortillas?
I made this for a family party and received many compliments...it was easy to make. I made this ahead of time and reheated when guests arrived.
These enchiladas were very good I did add green enchilada sauce
Easy and delicious. Better than any turkey sandwich after Thanksgiving. I've also used roasted chicken from the grocery store.
