What a great way to use up the leftovers! Everyone in my family loved it and we ate the entire pot! I had a little more stuffing than 2 cups, so I just fried out the rest and served it with leftover gravy....yum!

I've always loved leftover Thanksgiving soup and this is a good recipe. Add a lot of salt and pepper to give it a great flavor at the end. Also, I tried something different...add some dried cranberries to the stuffing mixture and spoon onto a baking sheet. Bake at 400C until golden brown and a little crispy. Then, top each bowl of soup with a couple of these upon serving. I think it adds a little sweetness and texture to an otherwise sort of bland soup. I also added some cream and heated through (do not boil after adding cream.

This was pure comfort food! I used boxed chicken broth and added some dried thyme and a bay leaf to the broth. I also added the leftover green bean casserole. I will definitely be making this delicious soup again.

This is an EXCELLENT choice for the last of your turkey. I was unwilling to risk the last of my apple-sweetened Thanksgiving stuffing on this on this untried recipe, so I simply used some of the delicious, savory stock to moisten some Brownberry stuffing mix. This soup is worth your time and really keeps the spirit of the holiday going for just one more tummy warming meal. You'll like this one. Really!

This was a great way to use Thanksgiving leftovers. I added mycarmelized onions & green bean leftovers, too. My husband is a dumpling fan and enjoyed the stuffing dumplings. Would make again!

Every year my family makes a delicious turkey soup. I came upon this recipe and told my family that I would make the soup this year. It was a real hit! Great flavors and color! I added some noodles and parsely for a little added touch. Everyone agreed that this will become the new family turkey soup!!
