Did not have celery root and made this salad with leftover Thanksgiving turkey. I just left out a little of the dressing because i didn't use the celery root and turned out perfect. Delicious!

Wow! Just Wow! Made it exactly as written, except added some dried cranberries. It was a hit with our company and with my husband. I wouldn't change any other thing.

This is a very delicious and healthy way to use left-over turkey. My husband had it on a sandwich, and I enjoyed it as is or on a bed of lettuce. I'll probably buy turkey breast just to make this again!

Wonderful! I omitted the turkey in the salad, we had chicken legs instead. I didn`t have any honey, so I substituted some maple syrup - awesome! I also replaced the grapes with a few raisins.

This was so good! I modified it for what I had on hand.. used chicken instead of turkey and sour cream instead of yogurt. I also didn't have the celery root. I got a thumbs up from my husband and 2 and 4 year old.

    Yum
So easy and the more grapes the better. My spouse really enjoyed this. Reminded him of a restaraunt he use to work at. Easy way to get rid of tons of turkey.

I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out but it was actually really delicious. I did not use the full amount of the dressing as I didn't want the salad to get too soggy. Also, I only had celery hearts (no leaves so I chopped up some baby spinich instead. I'll definately use this recipe again.

I made this recipe a few days after Thanksgiving with some leftover turkey. It was very simple and absolutely delicious. Like the other reviewer, I also think this would taste good with chicken. I would absolutely recommend this recipe to anyone who wants a great fast meal!

Added a small can of pineapple chunks, some diced red onion, and substituted cherry-flavored Craisins for the grapes (just didn't have any and wasn't going to go buy them... Had to add a little honey-mustard dressing for more sauciness, but turned out very nicely! I imagine chicken (from a store-bought rotisserie bird would do very well too! Good reason to make a BIG turkey!
