Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 pound turkey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

Directions

In a nonstick skillet toast sesame seeds and set aside. Slice turkey in strips. In skillet cook turkey in oil until brown. Remove to plate. Add garlic, ginger and carrots to skillet and saute. Add broccoli and continue cooking. Pour in stock. Add soy sauce and vinegar. In small bowl combine cornstarch and water. Pour mixture over vegetables. Add turkey. Cook until vegetables begin to soften. Serve over rice, topped with sesame seeds.
