We thought it was a good pasta dish. Not great - seems to be lacking some flavor. Would be good in the winter.

I could not find the Campanelle pasta in the grocery storeso I used elbow macaroni, and I didn't have all spice on hand so I used just a little cinnamon and nutmeg. This was an excellent easy dish.

I knew when I saw this program I'd have to make the recipe the same day. It is so good. I love the pasta. I did make a change on the white sauce, however. I had some refrigerated light Alfredo sauce on hand (2 small tubs, so I substituted that for the bechamel sauce. Added some milk to thin, and freshly grated nutmeg. The rest of the recipe I cooked as directed. I do feel the meat sauce, because it's so delicious, could be increased to feed a larger crowd. The pasta and white sauce can easily feed six. Definitely a keeper in my home of great food!

My husband and I loved this dish. We used ground turkey instead of the meat mix (just because of personal prefrence But it turned out great! I will say that there could have been alittle more red sauce compared to how much pasta there was....but we still LOVED it! SOOO flavorful!

I have tried alot of Rachael's recipes and all of them have been delicious but this tops them all!!! I love it but most of it was a big hit with my husband, 4 year old, and my 2 year old!! Keep them coming Rachael. As long as you have recipes to give; I have more to make for my family. THANK YOU.
