I thought this was wonderful. Very easy. I did not do the panko as I don't remember that on the show. I might have missed it. It was still great!

I had a similar dish at a restaurant and this was an excellent version. I used orecchietti instead of angel hair, which is what the restaurant used, and I think a small ridgy pasta helps hold the breadcrumbs. Also, I seasoned the breadcrumbs with dried oregano and basil and once they were cool, I added the cheese to them - I think this helps the distribution when you mix with the pasta.

Quick and easy - I used extra Garlic, chili flakes and a splash of balsamic along with adding minced parsley to the Arugula. I also added ice cubes to cool the pasta quickly, the Olive oil mix and panko were also allowed to cool before adding to the pasta. Would recommend this recipe.

The whole family loves this. Even the picky eaters. I make my own crumbs in the food processor using wheat bread. Toast them in the oven with olive oil and s&p. So yummy!

Excellent. Love the kick with the red peper. May scale back on the breadcrumbs. Definitely save some of the hot pasta water to add, if it gets too thick. Great side dish!

If I could give this recipe negative stars, I would! It was an absolute mess. I followed the recipe to the tee and it came out so bad...I don't know why anyone would think that placing the bread crumbs when the pasta is still hot would be a good idea. It turned the pasta into a complete paste, thick and dry. The whole dish was overall bland, no taste and purely disgusting. Won't be doing it again, ever!

This is definitely one of my favorite recipes. It comes out great and I love the panko and arugula. A friend of mine suggested adding a quarter of the pasta water to the dish so the angel hair doesn't dry out from the amount of panko used and it works out quite well. It's a very light dish so you won't get full too quickly. It's also great with homemade garlic bread!

This recipe is a favorite of mine. I love the breadcrumbs with the pasta and the bite of the arugula and chili flakes. I did cook the chili flakes, garlic and lemon zest on low heat for a longer time instead of as instructed. Perfect as a side to grilled chicken.
