I made this for our 5th anniversary and it was a big hit! I am by no means an expert cook, but this was not difficult at all. I'd say the hardest thing to do was to butterfly the flank steak without distroying it, but a sharper knife should take care of that problem! Overall, this recipe was easy to follow and very tasty!
