I just wanted something tasty for a hot summer day and this was PERFECT!! I don't have a blender and ice will dull a food processor's blades, so i used an ice crushing sno-cone machine. It worked amazingly. I'm something of and arnold palmer fanatic, so i had some doubts going into this, but I was pleasently surprised by the great taste of this drink.

Very good! I saw this episode earlier this week and said "I HAVE TO MAKE THAT". I literally drooled when I saw the arnold palmer. It was very easy to make, although my blender didn't work and so I used my food processor which didn't chop up the ice. And I should have followed the advise of others that said to make sure the iced tea was super cold before I added the lemonade slush, because it melted really fast. Other than that, delicious!!

Looking for a drink to entertain with...make this! It's lemony and just so yummy! Something just different! Make sure your tea is cold so the slushy lemony mixture won't melt to quickly.

This was so refreshing! I made it with decaf tea and thought it would not taste as good. But followed his directions exactly and it turned out great! My mistake was 1 not letting the tea cool down enough, and 2 forgetting to add the ice cubes to the glass before adding the tea and frozen lemonade. I actually used the frozen lemonade to keep the drink cold and it melted before I had a chance to serve it to my guests. Second time, it worked perfectly.

Hey, VL. Just because someone is in PA now does not mean they were born and raised in PA. It's possible to be born and raised in the south and now live in PA. There was nothing rude about the post from PA, but you seem to have a need to be a little rude. Funny how just about every internet site has turned into a place for ugly people to vent their anger at something or someone other than the actual source. What's funny is that you said you "recommend both aspects." And just what was the second aspect???? Good luck, you lucky "young" person.

This drink is just delicious, and it gets better every sip as the lemon slush melts into the iced tea. What a great idea! And this was the perfect accompaniment to the Chicken Paillard.

I figure this drink to be quite tasty but it will have to wait. Went out to Crate & Barrel and picked up a glass pitcher. Seconds after pouring the boiling water the pitcher shattered and so my first attempt didn't work too well : .

I love it when "old" people weigh in with their know-it-all. There are varying customs in the South and some you have yet to learn, Vern. Start with the borders of the southern states. I don't think anybody's map would include PA ... Guess you migrated north. Huh? I'm glad to have this recipe and open for more. I recommend both aspects.

We, who are born and raised in the south, have been drinking this since childhood. Way before it was called an Arnold Palmer.
It's the only drink offered at a real southern table.
