This is a wonderful recipe, avocado is so good for you and Watercress is such an impressive salad dish. I've never had a reason to buy Watercress and now I'm bugging the produce people in town to keep it in stock. Thank you Tyler for another AWESOME, healthy recipe (you can also use Turkey Bacon....

I served this with Salmon Sandwiches on Sourdough bread/bacon/avocado. My husband LOVED this meal.

Everything is so well balanced and so healthy...well maybe not the bacon. But it's still soooo good.

I tried this after watching him make it on the show, and I've made it countless times since then!! Love it, love it, love it!!! We've eaten it as a side dish, a light lunch, or even a late-night snack. It's delicious! Sometimes, when I can't find decent-looking watercress, I substitute arugula, which works pretty well. Thanks, Tyler!

I am serving this at my annual girl's Christmas party...just slicing the avocados before of adding to the bed of lettuce. I'm more of a fan of prosciutto in place of bacon. It seems like anything I make from a Tyler recipe turns out great (and believe me, I am a beginner/novice! cook and loving it thanks to Food Network.
