I have made this recipe several times and love it everytime. I usually skip the bread crumbs but otherwise follow the recipe.

To get brussel sprouts right, you have to put in a little effort. This takes some time but WELL worth it. Although the recipe is excellent as is, I like to eat low-carb so I skipped the panko the second time around and it was just as yummy.

I have never had brussel sprouts before and frankly, quite hesitant to make them, but very excited after I completed the recipe. It looked really enticing with the colors and smells and tasted fantastic. Don't know why I waited so long.
This recipe was very easy. I absolutely love following Tyler Florence's cooking style. Have done so for about 7 yrs. now. His recipes make me look like a great cook. Thank you Tyler!

If only our mothers had this recipe years ago. I have always hated brussel sprouts because of how my mom cooked them. It was just WRONG! My family actually asks for this dish now. The Panko on top makes it perfect.

I love brussels sprouts - but did not care for this dish at all. Had 10 people over for dinner & none of them liked it either.

I made this for thanksgivings, it was a hit, I did not see the show so I baked it at the end, then happen to see the show and was shocked to see that he did not bake the dish, but, brown the crumbs on top of the stove. Still a very good dish.

I made stuffed porkchops and added this as a side dish. My husband said he could have eaten the braised brussel sprouts as a main dish!
