    My mom got me hooked on this recipe. We make it for parties and it's always a big hit. The spicy mayo is my favorite! I use it on my fish tacos as well!

    This was the first time I've seen "Food 911" & the "The Mexican Fiesta" episode from 2/27/06 was absolutely marvelous! Thanks for the simply, very quick, and tasty meals. I'll be sure to catch your program more often when I'm home.

    bacon wrapped is un-necessary for scallops, bacon comes out cooked unevenly and takes WAY more than 15 min to be totally cooked.


    Scallops should be sauteed in butter, and lemon juice, at most adding crushed nuts for flavor.

    I don't know if my scallops were too big and therefore not sufficiently balanced by the bacon, or if I just don't like scallops (this was my first time eating them but I did not like this at all. I was planning to make these for a party I'm throwing and thought I'd test them out first. Glad I did. I took them off the menu for the party.

    I saw thismade on the show, then I made it for dinner. It was so easy and didn't take much time. My boyfriend, who isn't a seafood eater, loved every bite!!!! This is going in my favorite receipes book!!!

    I don't eat seafood, but I made this for our housewarming party and for a couple's shower. People raved about how delicious the wrapped scallops were. I haven't made the sauce yet (ran out of time, but I'm sure it's delicious as well.
