    Now, I'm not typically a big seafood fan. But watching this made on TV made me hungry, so I decided to throw it together.

    It is fast, easy and extremely tasty. I even enjoyed it, despite my distaste for seafood.

    My fiancee, more importantly, is a fan of seafood, and she loved it. This is a recipe that we can both enjoy. Definitely worth a look.
