    We had a similar version of this in a restaurant in Ojai, Ca (Azu. Chef bedded the brie on honey in a stoneware dish and then poured more honey on top. Flavor blend was fantastic!

    Such an easy and tasty snack or breakfast or whatever........
    However, I'm one of those people who like to "dress it up" which is also SO EASY.....spread a little butter on top, throw some brown sugar on top of that and then nuke in the micro for a minute or less......it melts perfectly.
