I love this recipe! I'm not a big prosciutto fan, I find it a bit salty, so I use a good black forest ham instead. I also double the cheese. The crust recipe is fantastic, it goes together easily and is very smooth tasting. I use it for all of my stromboli's.

My friend brought this recipe along and I am so glad! I probably would never have made this myself, but the flavors complemented each other so well! It was wonderful and is already a favourite.

I made this tasty appetizer for a party I had recently. They have such a wonderful combination of flavors, simply delicious! My guests gobbled them down. I will make them over and over again and will be proud to bring them to any event I attend. Yumm!

These were fabulous - served at a baby shower and they were gobbled up...Next time I will place them in oven without the brie - 8-10 minutes was too long and cheese was too melted...I'd throw the cheese on the last minute or so - jsut too warm it a bit.
