Since I've tried this base recipe thats sooo easy to do and tastes fantastic, I've shunned boxed pancakes from my grocery cart. It's melt-in-your-mouth kind that's low on saturated oil or butter is wonderful for my kids. I usually add fresh ripe mangoes, choco chips, mashed ripe bananas or corn kernels to Tyler's wonderful pancake base. You can dust it with cocoa powder, sugar or just butter and syrup. Thanks Tyler for this treasure find.

This is the best pancake recipe I have tried and trust me I have tried ALOT!! They are moist, light, fluffy and full of flavor. I have used the recipe in other ways also. My family likes all different pancakes, so I make the base and then add the add-ins depending on what my family wants. Just banana, banana toasted pecan, pecans, blueberry, peach , strawberry...you name it. Thanks Tyler, great pancakes.

    Sincerely,
    Toni In Ohio
