This is a really good banana bread recipe. I used walnut instead because that's what I had around. Next time I will add riper bananas and a cinamon crumb topping.

This is the tastiest banana bread I have ever tasted. I used muffin cups so the kids could easily take them in their lunch. So smooth and buttery. I omitted the pecans and it was just great! Made it three times in one month. Great with a good cup of Joe

This recipe is just outstanding. The only substitution I made was in using toasted walnuts, The banana flavor is rich and full, with chunks of bananas, and the bread is beautifull and moist,it's a staple at my coffeehouse.

i love banana bread so i thought i'd give this one a try since it's a bit different than other recipes i've tried and they are amazing. very moist and flavorful and not too sweet. i substituted some brown sugar for the white sugar and sprinkled some chopped nuts on top. i decided to make mini muffins rather than loaves of bread and they turned out fantastic. they only took sixteen minutes to bake. this one is a keeper!

This recipe is really great and easy to do. I used walnuts insted of pecans. My husband loves bananas and nuts, so this recipe is definitely a keeper.

Denser than my old stand-by recipe I've been using for years. Very good cold with butter. Loaf needs entire 1 hr 15 min. to bake but next time I'll line bottom of loaf pan with wax paper.

I have tried so many banana bread recipes before and the reason I kept trying new ones is becuase they were never good. Well look no more. This is definately the recipe to keep. Thanks Food Network.

it was my first time making banana bread. i hardly ever bake but the recipe was so simple to follow and the result was WOW! my whole family loved it. it was the perfect recipe and i can't wait to make it again because i only got to eat one slice! plus, since i'm a pecan lover, i thought the banana bread tasted so much better than the ones i've tried with regular walnuts! thank you tyler!

Seriously - this recipe just outstanding. I did lightly tent with foil at 45 minutes, but used the full baking time. The only substitution I made was in using walnuts rather than pecans, because I have so many around at the moment. The banana flavor is rich and full, and the bread is beautifully dark and moist. Thanks, Tyler - and Happy Holidays!
