It moist and delicious!!!! I did add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. I made 4 mini loafs instead of the 1 large loaf. The baking time was 35 mins at 350 for the 4 mini loafs. I really keep this recipe handy anytime I have spoiled bananas or when I fancy banana bread. ~~~~~~ Sharon - Atlanta, GA

I've made this recipe twice. The first time by the recipe, second time I was in a hurry (read: my daughter standing there asking me, "Is it ready yet?" So I just whipped all 4 bananas together instead of whipping 2 and mashing 2. Whipped, or whipped and mashed, both breads came out great. This recipe is so easy and the result so tasty that it's the only banana bread recipe I'll use from now on. This one is a keeper. Thanks for such a great recipe Tyler.

I USUALLY DO NOT LIKE TO COOK BUT I WAS TIRED OF THROWING OUT OVER RIPENED BANANAS. I LOOKED UP THIS BANANA RECIPE. IT WAS SO EASY TO MAKE. I EVEN MADE ONE FOR MY DIABETIC AUNT USING SPLENDA INSTEAD OF REGULAR SUGAR. IT CAME OUT WONDERFUL. THOSE WHO ARE DIETING WOULD LOVE IT. NOW I MAKE IT ON A REGULAR BASIS (THE HEALTHY VERSION OF COURSE HA! HA!

This is the only banana bread I have
ever really liked. I bake it for my family who loves it and we all agreee this is the best we've ever had.
Toasting slices and sprinkling them with powdered sugar makes it truly
scrumptous. Thank you Tyler. Now I
can say I found a banada bread recipe that I really love.

This is one of the best banana breads that I've ever tried. My family raved about the wonderful flavors and texture. I did find that you need to let it completely cool before trying to slice it - I was just too impatient to wait!

This is by far the "BEST" banana bread recipe I ever tried. All other recipes leave the bread dry. I will always use this to make my banana bread.

Incredibly yummy! Extremely easy to make, as well. For all of you Tyler fans, you haven't lived until you've made his Chicken and Dumplings recipe. Download it before it goes away!
