Ultimately, this came out great. However, my husband attempted to make it first and it came out soupy. I ended up tempering the eggs and cooking it quite a bit longer than suggested. It was delicious!

If you normally make Banana Cream Pie by using flavored Jello pudding - this stuff is just as easy to make and is much more delicious.
