So Amazing So Moist, my 8 and 2 year love these muffins. This might sound strange, but because my kids love nutella I substituted a 1/4 cup of the butter with nutella, and its more amazing. Love Them : Thanks Tyler

Amazing! I made it without the nuts. Couldn't get over how moist they turned out!

Totally yummy! Moist and oh-so full of the taste of bananas! Used little less than 1/2 c canola oil and worked fine. Great afternoon snack with a cup of tea. Perfect recipe!

Delicious and moist. I used walnuts, added about 1 cup of oats and sprinkled mini chocolate chips on the top.

These muffins are delicious!! I'm pretty stingy with 5 star ratings on baked goods too, so I feel like my 5 star rating really means a lot. I didn't have to make any annoying adjustments to the recipe; they turned out magnificently jut as they were written. They tasted a lot like my grandmother's banana bread, and believe me, that's a good thing. I knew this would be a good one, because it called for 4 bananas. I think I baked it one minute less than what the recipe calls for, but that's just personal preference. TRY THESE MUFFINS!!!! you will not regret it. well, scale-wise, you might. . .

I have never made a banana nut muffin or bread, but I had a bunch of over-ripe bananas to use-up. I found this recipe this morning, and I made it according to the recipe. It was very, very delicious. Very moist, perfectly sweet, crusty on the top, moist in the middle. Just perfect.

As with other commenters, I also had a little trouble figuring out exactly how many muffins this was supposed to make (12? 24? large? does small mean mini?. So, here's the deal: It will make 24 regular sized muffins. I made a full batch of the recipe, and I filled 12 REGULAR sized muffin cups all the way to the top with batter. I had less than half the batter left -- which I discarded b/c we just can't eat more than 12. If I had filled the muffin cups about 3/4 of the way with batter, I think I could have made 24 regular sized muffins. Next time, I will half the recipe to make just 12. Hope that clears it up.

I will definitely make this recipe again. Thank you, Tyler!
