I baked these muffins as directed. I did add cinnamon, allspice & nutmeg. My husband said they were good and ate 3 of them. I had a total of 18 muffins and baked them in a regular muffin pan. I baked them for about 23 minutes and were fine but I my try them for 20 minutes the next time.

Followed the recipe as written and they came out moist and delicious. As a previous comment I filled my muffin tins 3/4 full and was just the right amount for the muffins. I ended up with 15 medium sized muffins. I did add a little chopped nuts on top before baking as a decorative touch and added crunch.

Excellent muffins and easy to make. I only added coconut flakes because I had some in the freezer, otherwise I followed the recipe as written.

Yummy! I only used 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3 really ripe bananas, 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla, added 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and left out the nuts (everything else the same. Only made 12 muffins. Kids loved them. Good base recipe.

My family loves these muffins. The only change I made was adding 5 instead of 4 bananas. Everything else was perfect.

Love the muffins added cinnamon and nutmeg....just because i like the two spices in regular recipe I use when baking these muffins...Made 16 and added 3/4 instead of 1/2 for each muffin...Great tasting muffin and very moist....

I just made this recipe and it is very tasty, not too sweet and easy. However, I filled my muffin tins (large 3/4 full and this was just right to make the muffins and still had enough to make extra. Altogether I ended up with 15 medium sized muffins.
