Very good! I was looking for a blueberry-banana muffin, but found this, and decided to just add the blueberries, and they came out great! I would definitely suggest these as a fairly easy-to-make muffin that will please everyone!

This is a very nice recipe. This was the fourth time I made them. Because I live in Europe, I always have to use white extra fine sugar with a tablespoon of "goldensaft" - something like molasses but not as bitter. I also made a few other changes this time: I had five (5 bananas, so I beat three (3 of them with the "my" brown sugar. To make up for the moisture from the extra banana, I increased the flour by 1/2 Cup and added 1 tsp of cinnamon to the dry ingredients to spice up the flavor a bit. Finally, I added 1/2 Cup of chocolate chips. I baked them in a convection oven at 150 degrees Celcius for 14 minutes. They turned out beautifully - nicely crowned! I got 23 muffins from the recipe as modified, filling the 70mm cups about 2/3 full. Very Tasty, and I will make these over, and over, I am sure!

I love this recipe because they were moist. I made a few changes because it was what I had on hand. I used I can't believe it's not butter baking sticks instead of the real butter and I only had Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar instead of the brown sugar. Also I didn't have enough pecans for a full 1/2 c so I added chopped walnuts to make up the difference, probably about 1 Tbl. I fubbed up and smashed all 4 bananas instead of leaving 2 the 2 but it turned out ok. I had enough batter for 1/2 full 18 muffin tins that I sprayed with non-stick. Lastly I topped the batter with sugar free semi-sweet mini chocolate chips for a little presentation. Well they turned out fab. My 2 year old ate 1 and he is sooooooo darn picky and is at the stage where he only eats a handful of items. So that in itself was awesome!

The muffins were good, but a bit too salty. Next time I will add just a pinch of salt instead of .5tsp. Also, I will reduce the amount of baking soda to 1 tsp. I did love how moist the muffins were.

Love this recipe! Simple, easy yet so good!! I did add a tsp. of cinnamon because I like cinnamon a lot and reduced the sugar a bit but otherwise made it as written. We all loved them. Yummmm!!

I love this recipe! I have used it as least ten times; I practically know it by heart. The muffins are so moist and every flavor and ingredient does NOT over power one another. They are so quick and easy, yet very presentable... Yummmy!!! :D
