    The meat in this stroganoff was incrediby tender, definitely worth the wait of 2 hours of cook time! The sauce was a bit thin, so I added some cornstarch mixed with water to thicken it.

    If you don't like a heavy sauce, try this as it has a nice light sauce and dish is full of flavor.

    This was absolutely delicious! I had to use red wine instead of the cognac, don't think this harmed the recipe at all. WOW! Extremely rich, you won't go hungry on this dish. Definitely a keeper. Thanks Tyler!

    Delicious outcome, but way to labor intensive. The amount of sour cream for this total recipe was a lot less than I used. Without the extra, the dish did not seem as creamy as I believe Stroganoff should be.
