This is an excellent recipe. Expensive, but a real crowd pleaser. It feeds far more than 4 people and can be used when you need to feed several.

This is one of the few that my better half would agree deserves 5 stars. A little more labor intensive than the instructions lead you to believe but well worth the effort. Perfect blend of lite, fruity and creamy flavors with the excellent zing from the lemon curd. I omitted the raspberries and increased the blueberries... got rave reviews from the others at the dinner party that I carried this to and had numerous recipe requests. Definately try this one for a summery treat.

So delicious! I added some Limoncello to the berries right before they were done cooking and made a simple limoncello sryup to brush the pound cake with before adding the berries. Everyone LOVED it!

My family would not stop saying how good this was, it reminds me of a summer treat. It is almost identical to Tyler's other Lemon curd berry trifle only MUCH less complicated! My opinion is that it is less work to purchase lemon curd and pre-made pound cake. I added Black berries to mix and a smudge more lemon curd. It ended up SO SO Good. It's a great quick and easy recipe that pleases all! Go For It!!!

I'm a chocolate lover, but my father is not. So, I'm always trying to make something for him that does not include chocolate. He loved this!

I made this last night and thought it was excellent. I also could not find lemon curd so I substituted lemon pie filling as well. I loved the combination of ffresh bright berries with that kick of lemon. It didn't seem overly rich either which was nice after some grilled steak and potatoes. Definitely will keep this recipe handy.

YUMMY! Couldn't find lemon curd at the store, so used lemon pie filling instead. Tasted so bright and sunny! Added lemon zest and extra juice to the cream/curd mixture - definitely needed that punch of lemon. My whole family enjoyed it - it's very hard not to take a second helping!

Wonderful! Fresh Oregon berries! Homemade lemon curd, homemade whipped cream! The only thing I did different, was angelfood cake and instead of mixing the lemon curd into the whipped, I drizzled it on the angelfood cake first and let the cake absorb the lemon! It was gone in 5 minutes at our 4th of July party!

I have never felt compelled to review a recipe before, but this was AMAZING! I simplified a bit, instead of heating the berries I doused them in sugar and them sit all day to produce juices and it was fabulous! I also did not serve this as a trifle, but as a build your own shortcake station. The whipped cream was fabulous and I'm not sure where the other reviewer was buying their lemon curd, but I purchased mine in the jelly section of a chain supermarket and it was under $4.00 so I'm not sure how they had a price of 11.00 for the curd. this dessert was simple and delicious and will be my go to dessert from now on! ps....did use the pint of heavy cream and it was more than enough! thank you tyler!
