I made this for a dinner party, this was easy and BEAUTIFUL. Everyone enjoyed this light and great summer dessert. I did use angel food cake instead of pound cake and was great.

It was a hit. Instead of making a trifle, I baked an angel food cake, and used fresh strawberries sweetened with splenda. I also used just 1/2 pint whipped cream to one jar of lemon curd. It was fabulous. My guests raved, and I gleamed. Thanks Tyler!

this is my favoriate desert. instead of just dipping the strawberries in the cream. also very elegant to take to parties. and looks like it takes more work than what it realy does. I recommend using splenda and sugar free curd,

I found this recipe easy in preparation. I have a beautiful trifle bowl and the finished product showed each layer. My friends were amazed and it was the best dessert. Perfect for taking to a dinner party or at home with the family.
We all loved it!
