I made this for Christmas Eve dinner, and what a hit it made! It was beautiful, everyone loved it, and it was so easy to make! I must admit that I took the easy route and used frozen blueberries, blackberries and raspberries, but they worked wonderfully. (It tasted even better the next day, so I'll make it a day ahead the next time. It is definitely going into my "keeper" file of recipes.

It was gross! The pound cake makes a terrible texture is your mouth! The whip cream had no flavor, the berrys were not the best. I don't like it! But that is my opinion! He has made a lot better I'm sure

I did not make it yet. I'm confused about the amount of pound cake in the recipe(? The recipe reads "1 cup store bought pound cake". Now, for making a trifle that is supposed to be 3-4 layers, 1 cup of cake (? doesn't seem right. Does anyone know if it's correct because I want to make it. I think it's a typo and should call for "one store bought pound cake".

Where are the directions for making lemon curd? The receipe states the following "Put the lemon curd into a second bowl and stir in a little of the whipped cream to loosen it. Then fold in the rest of the cream," But no where in the lemon cream ingredients does it call for lemon. Help?

How did you rate this recipe as 5 stars before it aired on TV?

I would love to try it, but the recipe is messed up. What lemon curd/lemon cream is he referring to? Why do you toss the berries in one bowl with 1/2 the lemon juice and then put them in a saucepan with the other half? Makes no sense.
