Wow, seriously, best biscuits ever. I have made biscuits for many years and this was a simple, well written recipe that anyone could follow. Labor easy and on hand ingredients. I even let my seven year old do most of the recipe. I changed one thing (but this adds fat folks. I rolled the biscuits out thinner than called for, brushed a good layer of melted butter on the dough, then folded the dough on itself to make the correct thickness for cutting. Super flaky, well flavored just terrific biscuits. Will keep this recipe at the front of my recipe box for sure!

I have always been intimidated by biscuits, or as my family likes to call them "hockey pucks".
This recipe is SOOO simple and quick. I have made them about five times now and they have consistently come out FABULOUS! Light, fluffy and tasty!
    KUDOS!

I don't know why my biscuits didn't turn out as well as the other reviews. I followed the recipe but they were not light and fluffy like I expected and I didn't like the taste.

The recipe was easy to follow and the biscuits were melt-in-your-mouth; excellent tasting!

These biscuits are easy, and light and flaky. I got 10 out of the recipe and the family ate them right up. I will make again. Thanks Tyler!

My biscuits always used to fall flat and get hard. But these biscuits are light and fluffy. My second try was better than the first- that folding really helps!

I was looking for a butter milk biscuit recipe to serve at a dinner party with Brunswick Stew. This makes an incredible workable dough. It turned out just perfect. The biscuits were very flavorful, light, and flaky. I'll be making this many, many times in the future.

This was my first time making biscuits and they were fantastic! My husband even broke his no carb diet to eat one and he was hooked. I reheated one the next day and it was just as yummy and flaky. This will definitly be at my Thanksgiving table from now on.
