This recipe couldn't be any easier, and, like most of Tyler Floernce's cooking, it still tastes sophisticated and satisfying. The sweetness of the dressing along compliments not only the peppery lettuce, but also the creaminess and crunch of the crostini.

These were sooo easy and soooo good. I made some with Fetta and pecans b/c I don't care for bleu cheese or walnuts, but those that did loved them.
