I always thought crepes were a resteruant thing. Never going back to pancakes. This recipe is so easy and once you do the crepes you'll start thinking of all kinds of ways to experiment. I cooked crepes for my wife on Mother's Day and she absolutely loved them! This is a simple recipe that requires no special ingredients or equipment!
