Very sticky dough. Just dust w/ flour a little bit. I substituted half whole milk and half buttermilk for the cream and it still tasted great.

Who would have thought that making scones was so easy. When we took our first bite, my husband and I looked each other and said "oh, this is sinful." Thanks Tyler for such an incredible recipe that will remain a staple in my household!!!

This is truely one of my favorite recipes. I admite that I usually love all of Tyler's recipes, however, these scones are wonderful! They are simple and delicious! I do agree that it is difficult to fold in the blueberries, but it does seem to help if they are frozen. Thanks again Tyler!!

i LOVE tyler and his recipes usually but this one was a mess! it was so crumbly that i was unable to work with the dough and so i had to just bake it in 'blobs'. my DH said they tasted fine but he loved the glaze. oh well, at least i've found a great lemon glaze for other cakes.

These scones were really easy and they turned out very well. I doubled the scone recipe and divided the dough in half to make both raspberry and blueberry. I used frozen berries and they worked just as well as fresh. If you double the scone recipe, don't double the glaze recipe, you will have a lot left over. These scones were a hit!

I skipped the rolling & cutting -- just put mounds of dough on the baking sheet which worked great. Also, I accidently mixed all the icing ingredients together before reading the directions (a no-no, I know. I microwaved it all together and it was tasty. I cut the icing recipe in 1/2 and still had enough to double drizzle each scone. The scones are traditional, not sugary and the icing added just the right amount of sweetness. I'll definitely make these again!
