Easy and VERY flavorful. Suggest it for anyone who loves seafood and wants to try making it themselves.

Any self-respecting New Englander cringes at this cooking method! The only proper way to cook lobster is steaming, preferably in fresh, clean seawater.....and that's all you need. As for the 15-minute cook time, the lobster will tough as shoe leather - YUK!

I did love this recipe however I think lobster has to taste good with melted butter regardless of how you prepare it. In any case, we loved it!

Lobster doesn't need much help, this boiling recipe gives it some great taste and aroma.

Particulary the hints about putting in the freezer for 15 minutes and determining cooking time by when the lobsters' tails curl up.

The court boullion adds so much flavor, it's unbelievable. We use this method all the time now.
