this was delicious and simple. I couldn't get fresh peaches so we used frozen and it worked fine. My family loved this with vanilla ice cream. A week later I used the same dough recipe but made a blueberry filling and it was to die for. YUM!

Super EASY and tastes wonderful! I made one that was half strawberry/half peach and it was great too.

The recipe makes a LOT of topping. If you don't want it real doughy, use at your discretion. I used about half and it came out fantastic.

This was really good, but probably not the best peach cobbler I've ever had. Went great with homemade salted caramel ice cream!

Wonderful! I was not a big cobbler fan, but I am now! Great for company. Next time will only make half the recipe for the topping. Very good, but very rich. Half would be just right. I used 2 bags of frozen peaches, thawed, and upped the sugar by 2 T. Try it, you will love it!

So easy and so delicious! I've done it with peaches - the best! I've also done it with golden delicious apples, which my family loved, but I prefer peach. The topping is super easy and I love that u don't have to roll a crust. I made this for Christmas eve dinner this year and I wanted to eat it fresh out of the oven, so I made it all ahead of time and brought it over to my mom's house to be cooked about 2 hours later. I was a little worried that it wouldnt turn out as well but it worked out great. Awesome recipe Tyler!

This cobbler was phenomenal! My girlfriend made it the other day after seeing it on the show and it was the best cobbler I have ever had. We tried it again with apples and apple brandy instead of peaches and bourbon and it was also amazing. I really suggest either way! Way to go food network for another tasty recipe.

This is by far the best Bourbon Peach cobbler I ever tasted, my family and friends raved about it, everybody wants the recipe
This week I'm having company from out town and that is what I'm going serve them as a dessert. I didn't change anything only the I don't have a 12" skillet, so I bake it in the oven an a regular oval glass pirex, came out very good, Thanks Tyler
    !!!!!Great recipe !!!!!!

This recipe came out perfect! I did cut the recipe in half and used an 8-inch cast-iron pan because it's just two of us now. The batter cooked up light and absolutely scrumptious. It's not overly sweet...just perfect!
