This recipe takes a simple peach cobbler and moves it up a notch, or two! The bourbon flavor adds so much, and the cream with cinammon and sugar on the top makes this recipe just delicous!

Best peach cobbler recipe I have ever made. I bake mine in the cast iron pan as Tyler suggests. Topping it with vanilla bean ice cream makes the perfect dessert for a hot summer day. Tyler, you never let me down.

I love peaches. I love bourbon. What better way to combine them than in this excellent desert?

Every time I owe my husband a gift, he asks for peach pie. Last time, I made this instead. It has supplated the peach pie as our favorite! It's easier, lower in fat and sooo yummy! I didn't have any bourbon, but didn't miss it.

I have made peach cobbler with other recipes but I have to admit--hands down--this one is the winner. Succulent from bottom to top. I believe the bourbon adds that distinctive taste that other peach cobblers don't have and it's what makes it peerless. All in all, this is a keeper. Hooray, Tyler!

Tyler rarely misses but this was a big miss. Flavorless, and the bourbon adds nothing. The topping is equally uninspiring. Won't make again.

This cobbler was excellent! My first time making a cobbler and it turned out delicious. I like the peach mixture because it wasn't too sweet. The bourbon gave it a nice flavor but not over powering and you couldn't taste the alcohol at all. To peel the peaches easily, I followed these instructions: 1. Boil peaches submerged for 45 secs 2. submerge peach in an ice bath for 30 secs 3. remove peel w/ hands (or pairing knife. So easy to do!!! Everyone loved the cobbler--especially w/ the French Vanilla Ice Cream from Trader Joes!
