I make this all the time. Sometimes with lemon.. sometimes without. It is definitely better than boiling the broccoli.

I love this recipe. Very easy and delicious. I start by putting all of the broccoli in a large plastic bag and toss it with olive oil, salt and pepper that way. I've tried tossing in the pan as the recipe suggests but I've found tossing the broccoli in a bag first gives you a better, more even coat. I also used freshly grated parm... much better that way.

I didn't think something so simple would taste so amazing. My husband loved it.

I recently made this as a side dish for the shrimp scampi with linguini. I wasn't sure I'd love the lemon pepper and parm with baked broccoli, but this dish was supreme. I should've made double as everyone loved it and it was gone in seconds. The flavors were perfect together. I followed the directions to a tee - 10 minutes followed by 10 with the parm - it was perfectly melted and the broccoli consisteny was amazing. It was also so visually beautiful and EASY!

I made this to go with a salmon and puff pastry recipe, also from foodnetwork.com. The broccoli was delicious!! I'm not normally a fan of vegetables, especially broccoli, but I have been craving this side dish ever since and will most likely make it on a weekly basis!

We just love how simple this recipe is and how tasty it is for so few ingredients. The roasting bringsout the best flavor in the brocolli and then you add the cheese - yum!
