I made this tonight using just a bag of fresh broccoli heads and it was still excellent. My husband is still raving about it! I'm usually not a big fan of lemon on my veggies but this in combination with the fresh parmesean was PERFECT. Will definitely be making this again. I tweaked the times a bit since I didn't use the large broccoli spears, roasted for probably 10 minutes then just watched it closely after I added the cheese to see that it didn't overcook.

My daughter made this for a family party. It was the hit of the buffet table..devoured by all. I am never disappointed when I create one of Tyler's masterpieces for our family table.

My entire family including the kids loved this broccoli. It was so delicious and not hard to make at all. I will definitely make it again.

I made this for my family as a side to chicken piccata. They loved it! You really get a wonderful taste of the broccoli, that is not experienced by boiling or steaming the vegetable. Thanks Tyler !! You are a favorite in my house!

I made this with the salt and pepper salmon recipe. I loved the flavor and everyone ate it up. Will do this again!

Not sure what those people did to make it "tough" or the cheese not adding flavor or texture (probably didn't use shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, but we thought it was very good, not tough, crunchy with cheese and didn't come close to burning...maybe some people just can't cook anything!

This was awful - the broccoli was very dry and chewy, and not too flavorful. However, our two labs went crazy for it, pulling the leftovers out of the trash and chowing down.
