I tried adding Worcestershire sauce and didn't feel it added anything good. I then tried putting in a few tablespoons of red wine vinegar and it was wonderful! Cut through any of the oily taste there was, and added a great tang. I highly recommend adding the vinegar.

I have been looking for a good caesar dressing recipe for years now. This is the best by far, and the great part...no raw egg.

I did use two garlic cloves instead of one, and used only one lemon instead of two.

I made it in under 5 minutes and everyone raved about it. This one is definitely going in my recipe binder!

The ceaser salad was good I did add though a few ingredients that I also like on my salada such as tomato's and such but the dressing didn't exaclty taste like what I'm used to at Resturants though I did leave out the anchovies I think next time I will try them with the anchovies to see how it taste. The dressing was good though just a little oily tasting but good none the less

Very flavorful dressing - be careful to use it sparingly - the best caesar is lightly "dressed". The key here is the anchovies and the homemade croutons. I recommend you use parmesan reggiano - spend the money for the best in parmesan - your guests will comment on the difference.

Where is the WORCESTERSHIRE!!!! A salad is not Caesar without it. They even use worcestershire in the salads at Caesar's palace! If you don't have any you might as not make it. Using worcestershire is the only way to make a true Caesar.

P.S.- Good Croutons!(The only good thing about this recipe

Too much lemon in this. I will try again, but use less next time.

I only made the croutons from this recipe since I have my own caesar dressing. I love these croutons...served them recently with a caesar for a lasagna dinner for guests and they raved about them! So easy and can be stored in a ziploc for snacking or other salads during the week. I highly recommend these croutons! Also, you could play with the herbs to suit your taste or menu.

I made this recipe so many times over the summer--the dressing is delicious and so easy to make, and the croutons are amazing, also, with a memorizable recipe! I reccommend this for a quick, delicious, and easy salad.

I'm not the bigegst fan of caesar salads, but if I was, this is an excellent on becuase it avoids raw eggs and is incredibly easy.
