    Can you believe this guy? Even I can make superstar quality calamri for my friends.. Tip, use calamari steaks and serve em like Cheese sticks. I mix-em up.

    I've made this a few times already...my son loves it. I had to learn not to let the oil get too hot and that the squid *really* only needs a minute or two to cook.

    I spent a few weeks on vacation in Spain which is where i first saw a dish like this and when i made it this evening it brought me right back there! Wonderful!!

    My in-laws said this was the best calamari they have ever eaten. I prepared 2 1/2 pounds of squid for 5 people and it was gone in minutes. Don't skip the aoili...it's fabulous!

    This recipe was really easy to make and extremely tasty! It was hands down one of the best fried calamari dishes I have tasted... my boyfriend and I could not believe we made it ourselves. I cannot wait to make it again!
