I'm not usual a fan of stuffing or dressing. But I LOVED this recipe. It was really simple to make(perfect since I was cooking my first Thanksgiving dinner. It came out crispy but moist. I did double it though. The recipe says it yeilds 6-8 servings but my 7 people ate almost 2 batches of the stuff! My uncle, who I've NEVER heard give one compliment to anyone(even my mom who cooks the best food, gave me a thumbs up on the dressing. It was delicious!

I made this with my Thanksgiving Turkey and it was awsome. I was actually asked for the recipe. Excellent, excellent stuffing recipe. I will use it many times over.

This stuffing was wonderful! I hosted Thanksgiving for the first time and it was a hit! The onions and cornbread were so sweet and a wonderful change from the ordinary potato filling. Will make again for years to come!

While I liked the dressing, I have a couple of questions. How much do 6 large cornbread muffins weigh? I looked at several markets, but none of them carried muffins or even cornbread so I made cornbread from a package but don't know if I had the correct amount. I baked it in a dish but wasn't sure if it was enough to stuff a 10 to 12 lb turkey.
All in all, a good dressing so I will try it again.

As usual, Tyler perfects the combo of down home comfort food w/ some nice twists. This is still easy but much tastier and more savory than other cornbread dressings which can be too dry and dull.
Give it a try if you're looking for compliments on Thanksgiving day!

This was my first year not doing the whole "Stove-top" thing. This was perfect for my crowd. Not too strange, and out there...just a lot of great, simple flavor. I will make it again.

This recipe was so easy, that's what I liked most about it. My family enjoyed the sweet flavor of the cornbread and caramelized onions.

This was so good and so easy! We loved it! It was crunchy and flavorful. We couldn't find muffins though so we made a cornbread muffin mix and left them out overnight to dry up a bit and it was perfect!
