Very good recipe! I am giving it 4 stars only because it could be misleading for anyone who does not cook a lot or who thinks that all recipes should be followed exactly. This recipe has room for some creativity. I used the Jiffy muffin mix (2 boxes that a few other reviewers recommended and made 12 standard size muffins on Wednesday night. I added 2 chopped medium celery stalks to the onions. Carmelization took about 15 minutes. I used approx 2-3 tsp of dried sage and 10 of the muffins. You need more than a 1/4 cup of stock for moist stuffing. I used a 1/2 cup at first and then basted the top halfway through baking. It turned out great and everyone loved it!

Good! I added some sauteed celery and sweet/spicy chopped pecans to this, and liked it even better.

The entire family and their friends, spouses, etc., come around whenever I make this. Just like my Grandma used to make (except I use Marie Calendar's Cornbread mix; the sweetness adds a nice taste. I add a LOT of freshly ground black pepper and a little extra sage (those two ingredients add just the right flavor. NOTE: When it comes to the liquid ingredients, use the EXACT amount noted in the recipe. Too much or too little can make it not quite right.

My 13 year old son requested this stuffing for Thanksgiving this year! He recalled how much he loved the stuffing last year - I was amazed!! A winner in the book of a picky eater and a mom!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this recipe! For the last 10 years, I've been making my mother-in-law's stuffing recipe for my husband and I, since that's the kind he likes best. We roasted a chicken yesterday and I changed it up with Tyler's recipe! My husband couldn't stop eating it! This is going to be my new go to recipe for stuffing!

On what planet can you carmelize onions in 10 minutes? You can saute them.. maybe burn them... but you can't properly carmelize onions in 10 minutes.

Ever since I saw Tyler make this easy cornbread stuffing it has been a staple in my family for years. I have actually had to triple the ingredients because I am now known for my cornbread stuffing. It's easy and so so delish!! Thanks Tyler you are the greatest.

I have been making this year round for the past five years. Paired it up with pork as well as chicken or turkey. Also have made it for buffet dinners for 100+. Tyler you always manage to make me look good!
