I reduced the ingredients by 1/2. I used Betty Crocker's cornbread mix. I served it for dinner tonight w/chicken and sweet potatoes...my husband and I agree that it was edible, but I will not be making this again.

I tried this out before making it for Thanksgiving. This was so good! The changes I made were 1. used Jiffy cornbread mix, baked in a 8-inch pan, cubed when still warm. 2. used an extra onion. I didn't think it really needed anything extra (maybe a little more liquid.... For Thanksgiving, I'll be making it with bacon chunks. Mmmm...can't wait!

I have been making this dressing for a couple of years now and it is excellent. I add breakfast sausage to remind me of mom's dressing but I love the cornbread flavor. Best of both worlds.

This has become a family tradition for the last 3 years. It's so yummy that I have to make it for Thanksgiving AND Christmas!

I always get stressed and go overboard for holiday dinners. Last year I tried to keep it simple and I tried this menu. IT WAS A HIT! Until this meal, my husbands highest comment has been "Not bad.".. made this EASY dinner for him and he hasn't stopped talking about it!! The flavors are sooo good. We love Tyler!

I have a gluten intolerance so I searched quite a bit for a recipe that could accomodate my issue. As long as I make it with GF cornbread, this recipe fits the bill. I made this for Thanksgiving last year and my hubby says it is best ever! I baked it seperately as a dressing instead of stuffing the bird. This year I'm taking it to a friend's for Christmas...and my husband can't wait.

Ok. I made this and I love cornbread. Idk what happened but i didnt like this. My family loved it but i didnt. i didnt even eat more that a few bites. Maybe the sage is what i didnt like. Found it to be really dry. used it as a side dish of stuffing. I didnt bake it in the turkey. Love all of Tyler's recipes except this one.
