I was looking for something different from the "white bread" stuffing, I had always heard of cornbread stuffing but never had it. This was my first experience with it and it was great! My husband cleaned out the bowl and then was sad that there weren't any leftovers. Next time, Ill be doubling it.

For the past several years my Mother has been having our Thanksgiving meal catered. However, I love to cook, so I offered to make some dishes this year. I made this stuffing and it was awesome! We had the caters stuffing and this one both on the table. With my stuffing the bowl was scrapped clean. For Christmas I was asked to make it again. I decided I wanted to add sausage to the stuffing. It was good, but it was better without. This goes with everything and it is so easy to make.

I made this stuffing with one major exception; I didn't have nay cornbread so I just used what I had some leftover rolls and day old french bread. It was a hit for Sunday dinner and my son couldn't stop eating it cold for leftovers. This dressing will be our new family tradition and I may try it with cornbread to just for the heck of it.

I made this stuffing for Thanksgiving 2008 inside of the Turkey and it was soooo good! I did modify the receipe a little. I added regular stuffing bread along with the Corn Bread. I did 1/2 & 1/2 instead of all cornbread. I, also, added a Macintosh Apple (cubed to the stuffing mix. The apple added a little sweetness to the stuffing. I was very delicious. I made the stuffing in the turkey & some in a seperate dish, & of course the stuffing inside of the turkey was the best. I will be making this again! This was my 1st turkey & homemade stuffing that I ever made! I was very pleased!

I've NEVER been a fan of the boxed stove top stuffing that I grew up with during the holidays, so as an adult making my own traditions, I've been looking for a REALLY GREAT stuffing recipe. THIS IS THE ONE!! I prefer the cornbread because of its natural sweetness and the caramelized onions made it SO FLAVORFUL! Definitely try this one.... IT'S THE ULTIMATE!! THANK YOU TYLER!

This recipe is so easy and makes such delicious stuffing-- there is no reason to wait for the holidays to make it.

I took the advice of another review and added dried cranberries & pecans, it was seriously gorgeous and tasty.

Also, I have never had the nerve to actually "stuff" the bird, but this dressing is awesome baked on the side in a glass pan--it gets really crispy and yummy at the edges.

First time to make stuffing ever for my family, and I took it on for Thanksgiving. I followed Karen from NJ advice and added celery, extra butter, and extra chicken stock. Also, I put my own spin on it and added chopped pecans and dried cranberries. Everyone loved it, and we went from a family that never did stuffing to one that will always want stuffing!
