    This is wonderful. The only change I made, was to make the dumpling very small, so there were small dumplings in every bite. Very, Very good!!!

    Love, love chicken & dumplings. This one is full of flavor and fun to make.
    I agree with someone from another recipe, perhaps another chef....why doesn't
    NULL give up and get out of the kitchen or at least move away from the computer and quit commenting. Only time I've ever seen Null make a favorable comment was on a hot dog recipe.

    This is the second chicken and dumplings recipe from Tyler Florence that I have tried. I think this one is the best. It is less labor intensive than the other (from a Food 911 episode and my husband thinks the sauce is better, a real winner in our house!

    I spent $25.00 and 2 hours in the kitchen and love to cook. They had no taste and tosses the recipe in the trash after I make it.

    This was my first attempt at dumplings, turned out great. Family loved it. Followed recipe except cut the salt in half on the stock based on other comments. Was perfect.

    This was a simple dish and I actually made it over a 2 day period due to a surprise scheduling conflict and it was still great. Today I am making it in one day.

    It's somewhat labor-intensive, but so very rewarding. This is a great recipe for Chicken and Dumplings, and the labor is welcome when you're learning so many cooking methods in the process that you can use with other meals. Thanks Tyler -- everything came out so great and tasty! My family loved it too. :

    I just made this for me and my fiance. I was very good and made me feel accomplished since this was my very first time making chicken and dumplings. It also tasted just like my mom's! I made 2 changes: I used whole milk instead of heavy cream to cut down on the calories and fat and I used Bisquick Health Heart for the dumplings in order to cut down on calories and just because its a whole lot easier - I still added the chives. I will definitely make this again!
