I was looking for something to throw together based on chicken breasts and pineapple -- this was great! I baked the chicken breasts and basted them with the sauce throughout cooking, adding some pineapple chunks toward the end. My husband and I loved it!

It was one of the best sauces ever. It was so simple to make and my whole family loved it. This has become on of our favorite recipes of all time. It is yummy in winter, spring, summer or fall.

My boyfriend and I made these for a party last night. Literally half of them disappeared as soon as the plate hit the table!

We cut the chicken into pieces roughly the same size as the pineapple. Next time I'll double the recipe.

Due to time & lack of ingredients on hand, skipped skewers & pineapple.

THIS WAS DELICIOUS, EASY & a big hit with everyone!! I'd totally make this again, with fresh pineapple & time to skewer...

I used a grilling cage (used for veggies and fish, etc. Much easier to turn.

This was a real winner. We're big fans of asian styled food. We used boneless chicken thighs to make the meat a bit earthier, but followed the rest of the recipe to a tee. It was great. Definitely worth an encore.

This was good...not great. I could have achieved the same thing using a good quality BBQ sauce instead of putting this one together. I, too, had trouble getting the chicken to fully cook. ALL that being said, my family really enjoyed it (husband and 2 kids, 8 and 10 years old.
