Delicious and very easy. A crowd pleaser. I cut the cheese in 1/2 as recommended by other reviewers.

It was a wonderful meal entree. The chicken was extremely tender and flavorful. The light crust with the fresh thyme really made a difference. It took about 15 minutes longer than the recommended time for my chicken to be done. The hardest part is getting the chicken to seal completely. Other than that preparation was a breeze.

Very good recipe, but I have to agree with the last person.....take away 2 slices of the cheese and it comes out much better and easier to roll!

This is a very good recipe, the chicken turned out moist. I did think it was too much cheese and the prep time stated at 5 minutes is a little ambitious. Maybe if you are an Iron Chef, and that would be pushing it.
