    My dad calls this the land a man meal because it is good. Very meaty and hearty, I usually only make this dish on special occasions because it is a messy dish. It is worth the mess, delish!

    I had kind of a hard time getting the chicken thin enough and then an even harder time rolling it (I ended up using 2 toothpicks in each roll. I was thinking this dinner was going to be a disaster, but it ended up being delicious. So, use toothpicks and don't worry about getting the rolls perfect, and you'll be fine.
