My daughter usually turns her nose up to the thought of eating chicken but she absolutely loved this dish. I was quite shocked by her reaction. The chicken was so juicy and we loved the gruyere cheese. The potatoe, brussell sprout and bacon dish was off the chain. Everyone decided that this is definitely a keeper recipe. Thanks Tyler!

I made this over the weekend, following the recipe exactly and it came out perfect! The Cranberry Chutney was a nice addition.

I made this tonight and my family just raved how they enjoyed it! I could not find proscuitto at my local grocer and substituted Black Forest Ham sliced thin from our deli and shredded swiss cheese instead of the Gruyere. Absolutely wonderful flavors!

I also noticed that after baking the recommended time that my chicken did not brown so I just placed it under the broiler for a few minutes until desired browning and it worked out fine.

Excellent dish, easy to put together, a must try for all levels of cooking!

Great recipe! Used Apple Smoked Gruyere and it was great. I'll probably cut down the amount next time just because the cheese seemed to dominate the flavor but all in all, such a great dish. Easy to follow recipe. Also made the Roasted Chicken Jus and the Hash. Yum!

I'm on a low fat/low carb diet so after seeing the show, I was inspired to try this chicken "my way".

First of all, let me say, I don't cook. I stick to raw foods mostly. I've only touched raw chicken about 5 times in my life. I just never liked the texture and always worry about salmonella.

Well, I did see how Tyler made the Chicken so effortlessly, and gave it a try last night .... AMAZING!

In order for it to fit in my diet restrictons, I rolled the chicken breast with turkey bacon (fat free and cheese (fat free. Then on top, I sprinkled a little bit of salt, pepper, & garlic powder, instead of flour, egg & planko. I also sprinkled onion seasoning on others.

OMGoodness, deelish & the best part, HEALTHY! I am completely ecstatic about this new recipe. Thank you Tyler for the inspiration!

made the Chicken Cordon Blue with OM deli shaved ham and 2% cheese--was so good --the plastic wrap sure did the trick--instead of adding butter to the panko--I browned the floured, eggwashed panko chicken in a skillet sprayed with butter flavored Pam--was so good and Weight Watchers about 8 pts.

Loved this recipe. Easy to follow plus I had seen the episode on TV! Only thing I might change is adding a little more butter to the Panko bread crumbs as my chicken did not brown very evenly and I didn't want to leave it in the oven any longer. Overall the chicken was delicious, moist and we love Gruyere cheese - especially the cave-aged variety. It really adds to the dish! Great - will definitely add to the "come over to dinner" recipes!

This was a great recipe for a special occassion. It has several steps to it, but not difficult ones. By rolling the breasts earlier in the day and refrigerating, they really held their shape when preparing them later.

The chicken breasts I used were a little thicker (even after flattening them so it took about 40 minutes for them to cook. They were so moist and delicious in the end.

If you want to make a great impression, this is the way to do it. I severed these wtih Tyler's Brussel Sprouts Hash and Cranberry chutney. Exellent!!
