I made this for my boyfriend last night, and we were both very satisfied. I had never made enchiladas before so I was worried it would be too hard. This recipe has excellent directions and I was able to make this dish in a flash. It makes a lot of food, so If you are only cooking for a few people I would recommend cutting the recipe in half. However, the left overs are fantastic. We have eaten this dish for dinner for the last three nights. Awesome!

These will satisfy your Mexican cravings. I think the recipe is super as is, though you can play with the spices for the crowd you are making them for. Great for a get together or to bring to hungry new parents. (or make them for yourself to eat for the week- they are tasty reheated too Enjoy!!

I made this "enchiladas" yesterday for dinner, it was really good! A little bit too spicy for me (and I didn't even used chipotle chiles, but I and my boyfriend really liked it!

I was asked to make enchiladas for a birthday dinner, not having a clue about them and seeing the overwhelming amount of different recipes I looked a few and tried this one. Everyone loved them and I'm always asked to make them again which I have. Thanks Tyler.

This recipe is awesome, as usual. Tyler really knows his stuff! I used a rotisserie chicken and shredded it and it came out awesome. The chipotles are key. I also added a little Cholula hot sauce to the enchilada sauce portion. Que bueno!

This recipe was very disappointing. I do not mind putting a lot of time and effort into a meal if it is special, but this was not. Also, the corn tortillas were very overpowering in this dish. It may have been the type of tortillas I used, or the sauce, but I would never recommend this recipe as written. There are much better recipes out there.
