    These enchiladas were the best I have ever had. They were HOT to my taste buds, so I would cut down on the chilies just a but, but I will make again and again.

    I loved these. They are healthy and tasty at the same time. I substituted flour tortillas because it was all I had and I ended up liking it better than enchiladas made with corn tortillas. Give it a try if you're not a fan of corn tortillas.

    The chipolte peppers really add a nice depth to this recipe. This is my new favorite enchilada recipe.

    Good thing I read the reviews prior to making this dish. Took the advise of the reviewers and cut the spices in half. Yeah, best enchilades ever! I made them for a family potluck, and no surprise, there weren't any left and everyone raved about them. Thanks Tyler for another great recipe.

    I would have rated it a "5" but my mouth was on FIRE! It needs something to tone it down just a little bit. But it was delicious! Paired it with some corn bread to soak up the heat.

    The filling for these enchiladas is second to none! Be careful of what tortillas you use - the first time I made it the tortillas almost ruined it for me. I'm trying them again this week with a new brand, but if they're not good enough, I'll have to make my own.
