Made this today and is was pretty good. Not sure I would call it authentic mexican, more Tex mex, but it's quick and easy to make and I think most people would enjoy it.

i really appreciate Tyler's recipes...the hands on/in aspect is really nice and easy...these were great and spicy with and different twist, being from the land of TEX- MEX..but great at any rate.

These were excellent! Great slow cooked flavor and better than anything I've ever ordered in a Mexican restaurant. A little bit of work, but well worth the results. Instead of dipping the tortillas, try brushing the sauce onto them with a pastry brush. It will make for easier clean up : A new favorite

They were absolutely bursting with flavor! My family said I could make this recipe anytime. I love spicy and would probably add a couple more chipotle peppers next time. Way to go, Tyler!!!! Pat from Copper Canyon, Texas

I grew up with spicy indian food, so I thought I could handle this, but next time I will use less peppers. I used canned tomatoes with peppers to make it easier. Great-tasting recipe! Good for leftovers the next day too!

These enchiladas are so good! I always make them for potluck gatherings and they are a crowd favorite. I love the smoky chipotle flavor.

They are great and not difficult to prepare. After reading the reviews, regarding the heat, I used one less of each of the chiles, and it was perfect, They still had plenty of heat, but it was not incredibly hot. The balance of flavors was delicious.

This is an easy and tasty enchilada recipe. The only caveat is for those who may not like chipotle peppers and/or the adobo sauces that often accompanies the canned version of the peppers. If you like those, then you'll love this recipe. If not, you may want to leave out the adobo sauce and chipotle peppers and use a different type of pepper. Overall, though, I loved this recipe and will make it many times!

I have made this many times and my family loves it. I also made it at work (firehouse and the guys love it also, it is actually one of our regular meals. The nice part is you make the fill ahead then put them togethter and throw them in the oven later.
